The hotel staff are very supportive, the beds are lovely and the breakfast is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Walk from a train station, within walking distance of a market and stores.

The check-in was early, we liked roof top bar. Breakfast offered plenty of food and was large! The staff was outstanding and helped to make our stay a good experience. The beach was wonderful. Excellent facilities and the pool was excellent.

great breakfast for the start of the day. everything we needed, like teatro fenice was placed within walking distance the hotel. the location was good for us.

So close to the central station, it makes every part of Venice easily accessible. The room faced the river. One could dine at restaurants such as Ristorante Ribot 10 minutes away.
